Stratford is an amazing community to call home, and I am honoured to have served the public for the past eight years. As a City Councillor, I've worked to bring together residents, community organizations, staff, businesses, and government partners to strengthen our community. I believe in teamwork. I believe in listening. And I believe that even when we disagree, meaningful conversations can help us find common ground.
The challenges facing Stratford—from housing and homelessness to affordability and aging infrastructure—are too complex for any one person or organization to solve alone. We will move forward by working together, as a Council, as a City and as a community. My commitment to you is to be the Leader who brings us together to meet these challenges.

My Vision for a better Stratford
Affordability: Housing, Childcare & Transit
Strengthen our community so it can be a place where young and old can afford to live, work and play. Ensure a full spectrum of housing is available by identifying the critical gaps and addressing them. Work to increase access to affordable childcare and building a more robust and connected transportation system.
Safer & Smoother Streets: Service Level Review
Renew Stratford's infrastructure, making our streets, pathways and sidewalks safe and accessible for all users using the recommendations in our Transportation Master Plan. Complete a service level review with the goal of accelerating renewal, strategically targeting critical road, sidewalk and multi-use path improvements.
Engagement: Create a Robust Communication Plan
Ensure that our community knows what the City is doing and why, and provide a variety of opportunities for connection and conversations. Improve transparency and trust by more effectively communicating. Reach out to people who are not often invited to the table and work together to make Stratford a more inclusive community.
Sustainability & Resiliency: Support and Protect our Economy and Environment
Address the climate crisis and economic challenges locally, while still encouraging economic growth. Prepare Stratford for what the future holds, whether that includes economic downturns, climate events, or changing demographics.
